• PostgresFts.createIndex: of two first opens that both find no GIN index, the later one no longer rejects. Its CREATE INDEX shares the earlier one's SHARE lock, builds an index of its own and fails on pg_class's unique name (23505) once the earlier one commits; the index block now takes that failure, or duplicate_table, as the index made.
