Fixed

• Windows executable now bundles translation files — resolves the FileNotFoundError crash on init and any other
  command past --help.
• Console encoding on legacy Windows codepages — no more UnicodeEncodeError on cp1252 consoles; unencodable characters
  are replaced instead of crashing.
• Help text updated — now says "26 reports" and shows the firefly-reports command usage.

Added

• CI smoke test for the Windows executable on every PR.
• Local test script ./tools/test-exe.sh to build and smoke-test the PyInstaller binary on Linux.
• Test coverage raised from 79% to 93%: main.py 0% → 99%, firefly_client.py 70% → 100%.
