ERPNext doesn't validate Work Order when submitting it in the list view.

Description of the issue

• We can't submit Work Order in form (because of missing Source Warehouse) but we can submit Work Order in the list view.
• ERPNext doesn't check source warehouse when submitting Work Order in the list view.

Output of bench version

ERPNext: v12.5.2 (version-12)
Frappe Framework: v12.3.0 (version-12)

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Create a Work Order with missing Source Warehouse
2. Try to submit in the list view

Observed result

ERPNext submits the work order and creates a new job card.

Expected result

ERPNext should not allow submit if is there any mandatory field is missing.

I think that submitting any document via list view should trigger the same validation procedure.
