Fix status sed/regex error on 11/head.
Fix some bogus 'pwait: No such process' warnings.
image -t firmware: Fix installation of /usr/local/etc files (#637).
image -f: Fix @flavor support.
image: Fix errors calculating IMAGESIZE when not needed (like -t tar).
image: Fix cleaning up temporary files properly when USE_TMPFS=all is used.
