Addressing Issue 45, this commit works through the figures listed in includegraphics-fig.txt and converts them from RGB to CMYK. Details of the modifications are listed in ‘DDAR Figure Conversions Summary.xlsx’. Filenames were changed in the Rnw files as required. Original image filenames were appended with -RGB to differentiate between old and new versions.
File documents original filename/location, original file extension, new file extension, whether it needed to be updated in text, as well as notes regarding the conversion.
