What's new

Operators viewing gateway run status now receive checkout provenance and preparation details on the SSE status frame. This makes checkout-related failures and the provenance of started runs visible to SSE clients, while absent fields remain omitted and the existing approval and repository-redaction behavior is preserved. #1743

GitHub Actions workflows include updated runner and artifact actions. The harden-runner update adds Linux ARM64 support and GHES/self-hosted runner support, and fixes GHES security-rule initialization and connectivity in block mode; artifact downloads also retry HTTP 429 responses and honor valid Retry-After headers. #1735 #1745
