Overview
This release bumps the monorepo from 7.18.0 to 7.18.1, aligning lerna.json, @frontegg/react, demo/sanity packages, and sdkVersion.ts so published artifacts report 7.18.1.

CHANGELOG.md documents FR-27326 (fixes a double redirect during SSO). The React wrapper ships updated @frontegg/js and @frontegg/react-hooks (7.129.0 per package pins)—there is no in-repo application logic beyond version alignment; apps upgrading @frontegg/react pick up that upstream SSO fix through the bundled SDK.
