Change Log:

• Added "Silent" mode checkbox ( no sound, only display the screen notification )
• Added "Do not Disturb" mode (no sound and no screen notification)
  NOTE: you can combine both, i.e. Silent mode OFF and Do Not Disturb mode ON will only play the notification sound, but do not show the notification on screen (you need to go to the notification panel)
• Added menu option to navigate to Gotify server webpage and see the alerts/notifications
• Improved error control
