/clawness:vuln-hunt hunts for new vulnerabilities in open-source code you don't
own. It keeps the target contained (nothing from the repo runs on your machine), reads
the project's own threat model, starts from variant analysis of its past security fixes,
then runs clawness scan and any installed SAST. A finding survives only if it's
reachable, not already known, and reproducible in a sandbox.
/clawness:vuln-report writes the report. You get an advisory-shaped disclosure:
summary, affected versions, CVSS 4.0 vector, CWE, pinned file:line links, a minimal PoC
and a suggested fix. It can also write a one-page audit summary. Drafts are saved to .clawness/security/reports/, and it never submits anything for you.
Vulnerability-research rules (vuln-research domain, 7 rules): treat the target repo
as hostile, check scope against SECURITY.md, variant analysis, dedupe against known
advisories, safe PoCs, honest CVSS, and coordinated disclosure. They only surface on
prompts that are actually about hunting, so ordinary dev work doesn't see them.
Changed
All agents now run on your session's model.test-writer, perf-auditor and refactor-advisor were pinned to sonnet. Through a gateway serving a non-Claude model
(GLM via OpenRouter, say), that sent their work to Claude Sonnet instead of your model.
To run them cheaper, set CLAUDE_CODE_SUBAGENT_MODEL.
Fixed
The context warning uses the window you gave Claude Code. On a gateway or non-Claude
model, set CLAUDE_CODE_MAX_CONTEXT_TOKENS and Clawness measures against it too. Before
this change it assumed 200k and warned too early or too late.
