fix(instances): unsubscribe() cancels even if the disconnect fails (#94)

A failed disconnect (most commonly an instance already disconnected on the provider) no longer short-circuits before the cancel, so the paid on-demand subscription is actually cancelled for disconnected instances. Applies to ZApiClient (and ZApiLite via inheritance) and FunapiClient. A genuine cancel failure still surfaces as an error.

Consumed by accounts' instance teardown (device-instance-lifecycle).
