The unreleased section was written for a dv-solve-default 2.0. It is now
1.0.0: Boolector stays the default, dv-solve is opt-in, and on Boolector a seed
gives 0.9.7's values except where a listed fix applies. Adds the 0.9.7 entry
from release/0.9.x, and moves the VSC_DVSOLVE_FALLBACK sunset to 2.0.
