What's new

• Group the board into project lanes and assign P0–P3 priorities. Board and List sort by priority by default; the saved manual order remains available. Customize priority names and colors in Settings, with native priority labels synchronized both ways.
• See PR/MR CI counts and review text in both views. Cards offer status and Open or Start work controls. Resize all columns with presets or restore view defaults.
• Start work in Git projects using Paseo-managed worktrees by default. New installations enable exclusive status labels by default.
• Undo automatic archives through Paseo's workspace recovery, and recognize completed automatic archives restored in Paseo. Restore manually archived drafts from Settings → Archived drafts. This release also strengthens archive recovery, Git safety checks, and concurrent status and group edits.

Compatibility and upgrade

• Requires Paseo 0.11.0 or later; the minimum has not changed.
• Stored data migrates from schema 9 to schema 13. Older Workboard versions cannot read schema 13, so reverting the plugin source alone is not a supported downgrade.
• Automatic archiving may stop Agents and terminals and remove managed worktrees. Recovery depends on retained directories, repository data and branches. Stopped Agents and terminals do not restart automatically.
• The GitHub installation command follows the default branch, which may advance beyond this release.

Workboard v0.3.4

Workspaces with no Agents can now become eligible for automatic archive after a full waiting period from the first trustworthy empty observation. Agent lifecycle events, restarts, disconnects and inventory failures restart that period; unresolved conversation or provider-child evidence still postpones archival.

An idle Agent's leftover error no longer keeps a workspace in Needs attention after a later user message to another unarchived Agent without an error. Current Agent failures and failed provider subagents remain actionable, and the original error stays visible in Agent details.

Requires Paseo 0.11.0 or later. The minimum host version and stored-data schema (9) are unchanged from 0.3.3. Automatic archive can stop Agents and terminals and remove managed worktrees; review your Done and Canceled archive rules before upgrading.

Workboard v0.3.3

Done and Canceled now have independent automatic-archive switches and waiting periods. Enabling a rule or shortening its period previews newly due tasks before confirmation. Upgrades preserve each rule's effective enabled state and existing waiting period.

Workboard no longer reads idle Agent history during ordinary refreshes. Due idle tasks are checked, including their sub-agents, before archival; that check can load the Agent. Missing or incomplete conversation evidence continues to postpone archival.

Workspaces without Agents show “No Agents” instead of an unknown conversation time and no longer need attention solely for that missing time.
