Qt Creator 2.6.x for Windows http://qt-project.org/downloads

Cmake (Binary distributions - win32) http://www.cmake.org/cmake/resources/software.html (Check add to PATH at install)

MinGW http://sourceforge.net/projects/mingw/files/Installer/mingw-get-inst/ (check all components at install) (add C:\MinGW\bin)

OpenCV http://sourceforge.net/projects/opencvlibrary/
