This makes it better suited for the catalog at the expense of breaking the drag and drop enrollment panel which is barely hanging on, anyway.
Removes all the data for referenced elements; only a list of CaseElements (with element type and ids) remains

This PR is the first step towards an overhaul of the catalog / front page (#112). It implements a redesign of the display of the user’s enrolled cases and of the featured cases block, which is made “bottomless”—although no enrolled cases are displayed in the featured block, there are always six cases featured. We defer on search/other org. modes, however, by listing all other cases in a simple index under the featured block.
