Add basic TIFF Image visualization

As part of the Imaging Hackathon in Freiburg.

It has pretty basic support to display Tiff images, but better than nothing :)

How to test the changes?

• I've included appropriate automated tests.
• This is a refactoring of components with existing test coverage.
• Instructions for manual testing are as follows:
  1. Upload a TIFF file to your history
  2. Follow the steps from the animated gif above.
