Release Highlights

• Destination rules now see the destination they are evaluating. Inside a destination's rules, entity and self refer to that destination, combined with the tool, user and role requirements, from the first if condition onwards, and separately for each fallback candidate. Previously they still pointed at the tool entity, or at an earlier destination candidate, until a rule matched, so destination attributes such as max_accepted_mem needed an unconditional seed rule. docs
• helpers.job_args_match no longer crashes on list-valued parameters (repeats and multi-selects) or on nested argument dicts with more than one key; both now return False.
