Multiple /userdata possible?

Hello and sorry for my noob question, I've successfully setup and mounted on rclone my cloud provider, my question is, how can I have multiple root local paths to backup defined?
I have different pools mounted to my nas, so I'd need them referenced.

For example how would I map these:
/srv/mergerfs/pool1:/userdata
/srv/dev-disk-by-uuid-ce0a0393-9b5b-47ac-a3ae-422a8e983f8f/media2:/userdata2
