Learn about vigilant mode. 
chore(deps): take the PHP SDK from Packagist (#5)

Packagist serves the PHP SDK now, so the plugin no longer names the
SDK's GitHub repo as a Composer source. The SDK is the same version and
the same commit as before, and no other package changed.

A clean clone installs and builds the zip with no GitHub token.
