Fix dead link & Add another one.

• Fixes a dead/broken link which leads to a 404 page
• Adds 2 extra links, so readers can choose the one they'd prefer to read most for more information on remark.

Hmm, this isn't a dead link, it's very much a live link (https://www.gatsbyjs.org/blog/2017-07-19-creating-a-blog-with-gatsby/), it just assumes you're on the gatsbyjs.org page rather than on Github (https://www.gatsbyjs.org/packages/gatsby-transformer-remark/)
