Four test runs (two applications, with and without the skill) showed
four gaps:
- inventory.py now finds a v6 credential anywhere in the tracked tree,
not only in app/config. One run left a Mongo password in
db/local-createuser.js.
- inventory.py lists values that differ between environment-local.json
and environment-prod.json but that gf migrate keeps as literals. Both
permits runs found local PayJunction ids and a local cron monitor URL
in config.json.
- The skill looks for an earlier v7 branch or Ops Repo entry before it
starts, so it builds on that work instead of a parallel migration.
- Every code block in the next-steps document gets its own device line,
and the document warns that scheduled CLI Routes must run in one place
while v6 and v7 share a database.
The evals/ folder holds the two test cases in the claude plugin eval
layout.
