For CC annotations, the translate method is currently using
image
Spec says this should be part_of.

To be clear, change occurs_in relation to part_of in GP-CC annotations. Also, remove MF root individual. Statement should be just GP-part_of->CC.

Closing this since we're abandoning the aspect-inferring approach for now as described in #20 .
