INSPIRE validation fails for atom download service as regards the "get spatial dataset" and "describe spatial data set" operations

Hi everyone,

I am trying to provide the INSPIRE ATOM download service using Geonetwork 3.12.1.
The steps I follow are the following:

• creation of the dataset and service atom feeds, based on the INSPIRE download service TG
  http://beta.geoportal.ypen.gr/atom/dataset_atom_feed.xml
  http://beta.geoportal.ypen.gr/atom/download_service_atom_feed.xml
• creation of the relevant metadata files
  http://beta.geoportal.ypen.gr/geonetwork/srv/api/records/a08db9f1-0766-4a9f-87ae-121ed431164c/formatters/xml
  http://beta.geoportal.ypen.gr/geonetwork/srv/api/records/92f4ad89-eebc-4f59-a8d8-e4683130979c/formatters/xml

It seems that the opensearchdescription is working properly for the specific service:
http://beta.geoportal.ypen.gr/geonetwork/opensearch/eng/92f4ad89-eebc-4f59-a8d8-e4683130979c/OpenSearchDescription.xml

When trying to request the spatial dataset and to describe it, using the templates from the opensearch description document, I get the following error in the browser:

The describe dataset request that fails is the following:

• http://beta.geoportal.ypen.gr/geonetwork/opensearch/eng/describe?spatial_dataset_identifier_code=aqddataatom&spatial_dataset_identifier_namespace=http://nsdi.gov.gr/set/dataset/MINENV/&language=%22en%22

The above is reflected in the validation report (using the staging instance of the validator)
