Version 2.0 - Central Debug Mechanism

Added a debug library,, included all messages to be centrally administered.
Set default log level below, and will reflect in startup printouts for all.

esp_log_level_t global_log_level = ESP_LOG_DEBUG;

There is also a mechanism for keyboard dynamic change of logs in runtime, enable it from main.c
