Managed completion now requires an observed native review of the exact final artifact and held evidence. Rejected candidates remain recoverable drafts; source changes, expired leases and cancellation prevent stale completion. This release also strengthens source/context tracking, work recovery and bounded executor contracts.

For existing projects, stop active Construct sessions, run construct migrate for state format 5, then rerun construct init --client=<host>, construct doctor and construct skill update. Migration backs up state; do not reset to upgrade. Existing runs without a frozen semantic contract must be resolved anew.

This release uses the explicitly approved experimental-alpha policy: complete code/security/integrity gates plus three bounded native reviewer controls and required limitations disclosure. The correct case completed; incorrect arithmetic and an injected-source case were rejected with drafts preserved. These finite cases do not establish broad model quality, injection immunity or cross-host parity.

Known limits: fresh-user outcomes remain inconsistent; the native reviewer currently supports only the qualified Codex CLI 0.145.0 profile and existing subscription access. Other reviewer profiles preserve unverified drafts. Production API/MCP traversal, conditional specialist composition and full scheduling acceptance remain open. Schedules need a real provisioned executor after the original session exits. The full live intake matrix has not passed; broader readiness and stable promotion remain unqualified.

Published only under alpha; stable latest remains 2.1.1. The attached tarball is retrieved from npm and its SHA-256 checksum is included.
