Trim debug logging and update hook deps; bump Fjell packages

This release focuses on reducing log noise in cache/query and primary adapter code and adjusting hook dependencies, along with patch-level dependency updates.

Improvements

• Logging adjustments in cache/query hook (commit c8c2940):
  • src/hooks/useCacheQuery.ts: add LibLogger instance and remove numerous logger.debug/error calls from loadItems, query invalidations refetch, and the refetch function; retain console.error for failures.
• Logging cleanup in primary adapter (commit c8c2940):
  • src/primary/PItemAdapter.tsx: remove start/end timing and debug logs from create, get, update, and find methods; keep logger.trace calls.
• Hook dependency updates (commit c8c2940):
  • src/primary/PItemAdapter.tsx: expand useCallback dependency arrays to include name for create/get/update/find (from [ensureCache] to [ensureCache, name]).
