CI trigger change, refreshed benchmarks, and dependency updates

This release adjusts CI test triggers, refreshes benchmark documentation, and updates dependencies.

Continuous Integration

• Stop running CI tests on pull_request events (test.yml). Push triggers to main, working, and feature/** remain unchanged (commit ac01b36).

Dependencies

• Update runtime deps in package.json:
  • @fjell/core to ^4.4.64
  • @fjell/logging to ^4.4.59
• Update dev dep:
  • @fjell/common-config to ^1.1.31
    (commit 55b554b)

Documentation Updates

• Refresh benchmark SVG (docs/timing-range.svg):
  • Update logarithmic gridline y-positions and labels (0.10–2.0µs)
  • Replace register-mean and lookup-mean paths and corresponding dots with new coordinates
  • Set Test Date to 2025-11-29
    (commit 55b554b)

Versioning

• Set package.json version to 4.4.70 (from 4.4.70-dev.0) (commit a7963cf).
