v0.0.8
Release notes, schema diffs and glue addons from the lockfile, the changelog in promotion pull requests, and project languages in the linter.
Lockfile insight
odx changelog [--since REV] [--to REV]: release notes between two states ofodx.lock: the merges, packages and Odoo updates, and the migrations they bring.odx diff [--since REV] [--to REV]: what is likely to touch the database on the next update, per addon: models, fields and their types,_inherit/_inheritsparents and access rights, with the version change and migration scripts. Static analysis with odoo-lint's index.odx glue: glue addons Odoo would auto-install with what the project has, that the project does not have. They are soft dependencies nothing pulls in once every package is named explicitly.
Dashboard and bot
- A
gluesection inodx dashboard, and on the bot's dashboard issue:odx dashboard act --includeadds a glue addon as a package,--muterecords it in[tool.odx.glue] ignore. odx promote --open-pr: the promotion's description and commit message carry the changelog ofodx.lock.odx daemon run: a change topyproject.tomlorodx.lockin a registered workspace wakes the daemon early instead of at the next interval.
Lint
- Project languages (
[tool.odx] languages): ODX006 po-missing and ODX007 po-untranslated, and odoo-lint 0.1.0-alpha.17 checks them through PO105.
Fixes
- Errors that lost data, deleted a branch or made odx report a wrong result are no longer swallowed but reported.
- Tokens, forge clients and pull request lists are looked up once per run; fewer copies of the lockfile and the fetched refs.
Editors
- The odx extension for VS Code is on Open VSX: the dashboard, the project's pull requests and the odx commands.
Action
getfluvo/odx-action@v1: the action has a repository of its own. It installs odx with uv, pipx or pip, caches in one directory on every OS, and outputs the installedversion.getfluvo/odx@v0.0.7keeps working.
CI
- Pull requests get a benchmark comment: the base against the pull request on the benchmark fixture.
