Declared object arguments now retain their structure across CLI and HTTP. Repeated CLI flags whose schema declares object items decode each JSON object without changing scalar or untyped arrays. This supplies the source reference and exact edit pairs needed by recorded proposal repair.

Measured in Greenhouse 0819 and reviewed in #76. Existing scalar argument behavior is preserved.
