Exact edit pairs share a pure transformation helper that App Runtime can use to repair a recorded rejected proposal. Ordinary edits continue to target the current file. A source reference passed directly to an incompatible handler is refused instead of being silently applied to the current file.

Measured in Greenhouse 0819 and reviewed in #98. Source resolution requires the compatible App Runtime integration; this package alone does not read session history.
