Screen rotation blocked after using image widget and draw widget

Problem description

Screen rotation is blocked in Collect and other apps after these steps. I’m not sure if all steps below are necessary because I’m not able to reproduce it every time (sometimes the issue doesn’t occur).

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. Go to All question types form.
2. In any image widget take a photo.
3. Swipe to the draw widget.
4. Tap "Sketch image”.
5. Draw something.
6. Tap the + and reset.
7. Draw something
8. Tap the + and save and close.
9. Swipe to the next question.
10. Try to rotate the screen
