Crash after removing repeat group with bad instance name.

Problem description
After adding few groups with bad instance name there is an error visible (which is expected) but when trying to remove that group application crashes

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. Open bad-instance-name.xml.txt form
2. Click on the Next button and Do not add Repeat.
3. Swipe back to first screen;
4. Click on the "+" icon and Add Repeat group
5. Click OK button on the "Error Occurred" dialog;
6. Repeat step 4-5;
7. Navigate to the Hierarchy view;
8. Click on the Trash icon and Remove group button
9. The crash will occur
10. After relaunching the app The "OK" button on error information screen will be cut off.

Expected behavior

App should not crash.
The "OK" button on error information screen should not be cut off.
