Flutter

• Add experimental Session Replay support for Flutter Web with widget masking. Opt in with options.replay.enableWebReplay = true along with replay.sessionSampleRate or replay.onErrorSampleRate. Requires the CanvasKit or Skwasm renderer. SentryFlutter.replay start/stop/flush also work on web, and the Dart scope (user, tags, extras, contexts, breadcrumbs) now syncs to the JS SDK on web (#2897) by @lucas-zimerman in #4059
• Add addUserInteractionWidget to SentryFlutterOptions to track taps on widgets the SDK doesn't recognize, like those from material_ui and cupertino_ui. Tooltip labels now come from RawTooltip, so material_ui tooltips get labels too. by @dawid-niedzwiecki in #4069
