DSN template regression: shows `__PUBLIC_DSN__`

Steps to Reproduce

On both Unity and Unreal docs we have __PUBLIC_DSN__ which are not getting replaced by a demo URL or a user DSN if logged in.
In the case of Unity it has prefix/suffix ___, as it did Unreal, which I tried fixing by removing the extra _ but didn't help.

Also would be nice not to use Bash since there's no command line involved here. it's just a template for folks to copy and paste in the editor, like this:

@bruno-garcia I have updated this in #12000 – somehow just passing the placeholder did not work (on prod) so I wrapped it in a json and updated the tab title. Still not perfect I admit – lmk if we need to dig deeper to fix this or if that works.
