Allow custom texts to feedback integration screenshot tool buttons

Problem Statement

It is currently possible to set alternative texts (translations) for feedback integration texts: https://docs.sentry.io/platforms/javascript/user-feedback/configuration/#text-customization

However, this does not cover the "Highlight" and "Hide" buttons at the bottom of the screenshot.

Solution Brainstorm

Same solution as for other text customization.
