A background-task tool for long commands, model pickers grouped by where the
model runs, and a shorter README. No protocol change, so an editor sees a
1.7.5-shaped agent.

Added

• monitor_command follows a background task in one tool call. It waits
  until the task exits, a line of new output matches an optional until
  pattern, or a timeout passes (300 s by default, 600 s at most). In an
  editor it is a single card that updates with the task's output as it
  arrives, instead of a column of command_output cards that also used up
  the turn's tool rounds (#253).

Changed

• Cards for command_output, monitor_command and kill_command name the
  task and its command.
• /models and the editor's model picker group models by where they run,
  on-device or cloud, instead of one flat list (#264, #265).

Fixed

• The winget pull request description gives the version of the release it was
  filed for (#267).

Docs

• The README is shorter and the details moved into docs. Android Studio is
  documented, and the JetBrains and download links point to the right places
  (#266).
