You're right that it is related to #17. The base issue still exists, that PHP does not have a decent locale class. I've added this particular locale, but the problem will still exist for other countries.

I need to find some way of adding a test to check every country in the world.

Anyway, this fix will be included in the next release once Google release their new version.
