Récemment, nous avons eu une réflexion + discussion sur le passage d'un multirepo à un monorepo.

Cette PR propose de mettre en place la pratique (+ organisation) d'enregistrements de décision d'architecture, avec comme premier sujet la migration vers un monorepo.
