whatwatts v0.3

whatwatts keeps the original WhatWatt idea simple: show what your Mac negotiated from the charger. This release adds the missing half of the picture by showing live battery charge and discharge rate in the menu bar too.

What changed:

• adapter wattage and battery flow now appear together in the menu bar
• low-power refresh mode stays quiet when nothing is changing, then updates quickly after charger events
• optional always-live mode if you want continuous updates
• optional 0W adapter display while unplugged
• cleaner settings window
• separate downloads for Intel and Apple Silicon
