FullName() now returns dotted identities for Swift registry packages: pkg:swift/apple/swift-log gives apple.swift-log. This corrects name-based lookups and Swift registry requests in consumers.

Swift source coordinates retain their slash-separated form. Serialized PURL strings are unchanged.
