Do you want to plug Git Merge (and especially the contributor summit)? Gmane seems to be down, but this link should go to the right thread when it's back up.

@tfnico @peff I thought that the deadline for submitting a presentation to the Git Merge was over, but looking at it I don't see any deadline. If there is a deadline it would be nice to put it in or close to the link.

Hmm. I think last Friday was the RFP deadline, but I don't know how strictly they're enforcing that.

@tfnico the link to the "Git Merge 2016 Call for Speakers" page is not working anymore. I will replace that with a link to the Git Merge site and the link to Peff's email on gmane which is working today.
If you disagree please tell me very soon as I want to publish this edition soon today.
