Yes, I understand that it will be ignored. I've sent an e-mail to the mail-list, although I haven't heard back. The only purpose for this pull request is to have a place to put the above screenshots, to illustrate the difference with and without the change. However, I've now put the screenshots into a comment on my fork here: cpius@dce145c#commitcomment-3682422. Sorry about the disturbance.

Just downloaded the latest git 1.9.0 via homebrew and the

<key>NSHighResolutionCapable</key>
<true/>

is already in the Info.plist for Git Gui, but the gitk interface still looks pixelated.


Never mind, the Git Gui is retina friendly. It's the Wish app that isn't. That didn't have the flag in its plist file, but even after adding the flag and renaming tricks to reload the plist (and even a restart), the Wish app is still pixelated for me. Any ideas why is that?
