Add logging message and errors to the stderr

I think you can adjust your code a bit when you want to log any messages or errors that are not real output to the stderr stream. That will make your output look better and clearer without any extra information that are only helpful for developers.
As my suggestion, I will have an option --debug, then all those debugging messages will go there
