Device activation code not displayed on mobile device

Describe the bug
I downloaded the latest version with Homebrew.
brew install --cask github-copilot-for-xcode
Than I open it from Apps
Click on sign in
There is device activation so I select my account
After that there is a window displayed where I am supposed to enter the 8 digit code which I never received on the phone. I tested with other type of authentication from Github itself and I always receive the notification.

• Safari: 26.0 (25A354)
• macOS: 26.0 (25A354)

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the app GitHub Copilot for Xcode
2. Click on sign in
3. Click on copy code and open
4. A new browser tab opens prompting what account u want to login to and there is a continue option
5. Click on continue
6. A window with 8 digits / string is opened and expecting to enter from the phone. I never receive the notification on the phone
