Refreshing PR list crashes VS when no network connection

• GitHub Extension for Visual Studio version: 2.2.0.6
• Visual Studio version: 2015 Enterprise

1. Open solution that in GitHub repo
2. Open GitHub tool window
3. Disconnect WiFi
4. Press 'Refresh' icon on GitHub window
5. Visual Studio crashes (sometimes hangs process needs to be killed)

It does the same thing if you click on a PR in the list when disconnected.
