Code of Conduct

What article on docs.github.com is affected?

https://docs.github.com/de/account-and-profile/setting-up-and-managing-your-github-profile/managing-contribution-settings-on-your-profile/why-are-my-contributions-not-showing-up-on-my-profile

What part(s) of the article would you like to see updated?

In German, we use two forms: informal (du, ich, er etc) and formal (Ihnen, Sie, Ihrem etc). In the GitHub article about the contributions, both forms are used, making the article difficult to understand. For example:

Commits

The docs should be changed to provide a clearer understanding and a better tone to german-speaking users and not cause confusion across the community.

The expected outcome would be to change the text to use only one form, formal or informal to help german-speaking users.
