Why we must choose either to use Powershell / Bash ?

I had project shared with my friends, which some of them use Linux, Mac or Windows. My self use Windows, but when I choose Powershell then Linux / Mac user won't able to use it, right ?

I know Powershell can be installed in Linux / Mac, but the problem are, some of them won't even installing it because they will argue many thing...

Can we just have both SH / PS1 file at the same project ?

I think it would be better if we replace both with Python.
