It is impossible to understand what user SshKey belongs to

Unlike java-gitlab-api, gitlab4j-api SSH key POJO (obtained via org.gitlab4j.api.UserApi#getSshKey) doesn't contain information about user that owns that key.

java-gitlab-api might be providing this info, but the GitLab API does not return the user ID. That being said I have went ahead and added user ID to the SshKey class, though this is only filled in when calling an SSH key related method with a user ID as a parameter.
