Admin dashboard queries are far too slow

Bug description

Right now the admin dashboard is almost unusable because the database queries are far too slow.
We must optimise those queries to make the admin dashboard more usable.

Steps to reproduce

Use the admin dashboard

Expected behavior

it should be near instantaneous

@csweichel Could you share examples of what kind of queries you'd expect to be faster? 🤔 The queries are not "instant", but also far from slow to me (~1s). But maybe we're using it differently...?

@AlexTugarev Sorry, not sure what you mean with that. 😬 If I search for a user with a id or name it's definitely <2s. What kind of list do you mean?

Ok, found one: searching for a workspace by ID or InstanceID is definitely "broken".
