No Setup Instructions for Threads Provider

Based on the .env example and its contents it suggests that the:

THREADS_APP_ID=""
THREADS_APP_SECRET=""

Would allow for the Threads provider setup. Unfortunately this is not available in the documentation under providers.

Hey @Kaszanas , just added in the most recent commits. How does this work for you? https://docs.postiz.com/providers/threads

It's not fully complete yet because the Meta APIs are really tricky to get everything approved, but I think this gets people a lot further along than before?

Ahhh I didn't have time to verify, sorry @jamesread but I hope it all works. I will probably be testing the entirety of Postiz on my local homalab soon.
