Show the correct user customized all_items label instead of an hardcoded
Makes it possible to create a new taxonomy with name, singular and plural for foreigners languages. eg. you can keep name in english and use singular/plural name in localized language without lost the taxonomy.

With these three little changes is more easy to translate the labels without changes the name of taxonomies and post_types and they allow to show customized all_items label in backend filter.
